She is a multiple award-winner in the fields of leadership, resiliency and wellness and is the author of Permission to be BOLD and co-author of Breaking Average. She has a degree in Business Management, is a Certified Leadership and Brain Health Coach, and is currently enrolled in a master’s program in psychology at Arizona State University.
